lyse Schapiro, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian, bestselling author, and founder of Ilyse Schapiro Nutrition. With nearly 20 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from NYU, Ilyse is passionate about helping people improve their health through realistic, practical nutrition advice that fits into their everyday lives.
